What is Sushi?
Sushi has been a traditional Japanese cuisine for hundreds
of years. It is usually characterized as uniquely refined, artistically
decorated, and yet at the same time subtle.
Sushi is based on steamed rice, and flavored with sweet rice vinegar,
fresh vegetables, cooked crab meat (often using the imitation crab
meat), or cooked shrimp. It is then shaped, rolled and wrapped with
a thin sheet of toasted cultivated seaweed.

- Maki Sushi (makizushi): A rolled
sushi consisting of vinegared rice with vegetables or seafood.
The most common, and popular Maki Sushi of are the California
roll, Vegetable roll and Tuna rolls.
- Inari Sushi: Marinated
soybean pockets stuffed with sushi rice.
- Rainbow Roll: A California
roll with Fish(raw) placed on top.
- Spicy Tuna Roll: A rolled
sushi consisting of tuna, mayonnaise, chili sauce, cucumber,
seaweed, and vinegared rice.
