Ace provides excellent quality training and preparation to prepare our franchisees to run their own business. Once they are certified ACE sushi Chef, they have the skills and tools to be their own boss and own their very own sushi bar. We are currently seeking potential franchisees in the United States.
To oversee sushi bar operation in specific areas (in charge of certain
statewide territory). To inspect and to visit ACE Sushi units in
supermarket(s). To make certain that Sushi bar manager(s) and chef(s)
are following through with ACE's specific working guidelines, sanitation
and food handling procedures.
The applicant for this position must be willing to travel out of
state for an extended period of time. The applicant will prefererably
have food management experience, be responsible and have good communication
skills. He or she should be able to work well with people.
Excellent income potential with minimum
Manage and operate sushi bar(s).
Some experience working with a sushi bar or with Asian food (e.g.
Chinese, Japanese, etc.). ACE will offer additional training. Must
have a good command of the English language. Friendly, outgoing
and customer-oriented. Food service experience a plus.
To acquire sushi making experience, to get aquainted with food handling
and sanitation procedure, in order to be a possible future sushi
bar manager candidate.
No experience necessary. Training program will be offered through
ACE (on job training). Good command of the English language is a
plus. Friendly, outgoing, customer-oriented and willing to learn.
